Joseph Lago, Owner of Concept Building + Construction is a state licensed, certified building contractor.  He began his career in the construction field as a specialty carpenter and worked his way up to project manager for various large production builders.  After attending the University of Florida's architecture program he transferred to the University of North Florida's Construction Management Program. Being a Florida native, he relocated back to his home town in Palm Coast, FL with his wife and son in 2012.     

 

After years working in the construction field and formal college training, he decided to create a new concept in the building industry that takes out the "cookie cutter" philosophy to focus on detail, quality and customization with each construction project.  From new construction to large home additions such as accessory dwelling units, to kitchen and bathroom remodels, his mission is to assist each client reach their full home potential.

From concept to reality, Concept Building + Construction has been serving Flagler, Volusia, St. Johns and Putnam Counties since 2014.
